The Game Season is well and truly finished now so over the next few months we will be selling our own home reared animals
BERKSHIRE PIGS
£80 for half a pig, or come and grab yourself a joint or some chops at Tring & Woburn Farmers Markets. To be launched in May are our PIGS MIGHT FLY PIES...... made for us by Pastilla with our Berkshire Pork.
BOER GOATS
Those of you wanting to dine on the finest Goat Meat in the world will have to be at markets early, as its proving to be popular and sells out quickly. We are working hard to dispel the rumour that Goat Meat is only good for curry. Its a healthy 'veal' like meat.
WILD BOAR
We've stopped cutting so many steaks as they are slow to move so its mainly Joints, Diced and some fantastic new LIME & CHILLI Sausages.
